Jeff Johnson

Jeff is a co-founder and Chairman of MBH Enterprises. As Chairman, Jeff is responsible for the strategic direction of MBH and its subsidiaries, with a focus on the development of business processes and best practices across the portfolio. Prior to forming MBH, Jeff was co-founder and CEO of BELFOR USA Group, Inc., a full-service contractor and disaster recovery firm operating throughout North America. When Jeff and his partners acquired the company in 1996, the business was producing annual revenues of $2 million. During the span of six years, Jeff grew the business rapidly, leading a team that grew from 20 employees operating out of one location to over 1,600 employees stationed in 53 locations throughout North America. At the time of Jeff's sale of BELFOR USA in 2002, the company was the largest disaster recovery and restoration company in the country, producing annual revenues in excess of $400 million. Jeff is active in the leadership of the Young Presidents Organization and is an active investor, board member, and advisor to many businesses. He holds a BA from the University of Colorado.
Staunton Golding

Staunton is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of MBH Enterprises. As CEO, he is responsible for the overall strategy, management and growth of the Company, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, capital formation and structuring, and strategic relationships. Prior to forming MBH, Staunton built his career in private equity, law, finance, and commercial transactions. From 1997 through 2002, Staunton was Executive Vice President and served on the Board of Directors of Sage Investment Holdings, a privately-held hospitality company specializing in management, development, real estate investments and alternative assets, where he directed all acquisitions, alternative asset investments, capital transactions and corporate and project financing activity of the company. During his tenure at Sage, Staunton structured and directed over $250 million of investments while the company more than tripled its revenues and asset base. By the end of 2002, Sage operated in 28 states with annual revenues in excess of $300 million. Staunton previously practiced law in Denver at the firms of Holme Roberts and Owen, and Jacobs Chase Frick Kleinkopf and Kelley. Staunton was recognized as “Forty under 40” by the Denver Business Journal, is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and currently serves and has previously served on boards of a bank, hospital, privately-held companies and non-profit organizations. Staunton holds a JD from the University of Colorado School of Law and a BA from Johns Hopkins University.

Leo is Chief Financial Officer of MBH Enterprises. In this capacity, Leo directs and oversees all accounting, finance and treasury functions of MBH and its subsidiaries. Prior to MBH, Leo had over 13 years experience within the multi-unit retail industry and in manufacturing of consumer packaged goods. Leo has built his career leading and performing accounting, finance and treasury functions for Denver-based companies including Ultimate Electronics, New World Restaurant Group, Boston Market, and Celestial Seasonings. During his tenure with these companies, responsibilities held and shared by Mr. Jaschke include forecasting, planning and analysis, treasury management, risk management, financial reporting, SEC reporting, system implementations, creation and development of accounting and finance teams, audit management, lease renewals, capital expenditures, 144A bond offering, road shows, equity presentations, recapitalization, bank financing, chapter 11 bankruptcies, §363 sales, turnarounds, mergers, and an initial public offering. Mr. Jaschke holds an MBA from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business and a BS in Accounting with a Business Administration Minor from Minnesota State University - Mankato.
Michael Block

Michael is Chief Investment Officer of MBH Enterprises. Michael is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with equity providers for transactions at MBH and its subsidiaries. Working closely with the Executive Committee of MBH and subsidiary management, he has responsibility for the identification of acquisition candidates, and the execution of acquisitive and dispositive transactions, and leads the investment decision process for the investment of MBH capital. For three years prior to joining MBH, Michael was the Senior Vice President of United Western Bank (UWB) and Managing Director of United Western Investment Services (UWIS). There, he built a portfolio of lending and deposit relationships for UWB and a strategic and financial consulting business for UWIS. Prior to UWB, Michael was the General Partner of a series of venture capital funds managed on behalf of ultra high net worth families. He invested approximately $100 million of capital over 20 years. He participated at the board level for most of those portfolio companies, and led the successful exit of many of those, both through initial public offerings and sales to strategic buyers. Prior to his private equity career, Michael served in the family office of the GD Searle family and before that was Director of Corporate Development for GD Searle & Company, a multinational life-sciences company, where he was responsible for the negotiation of acquisitive and dispositive transactions across four continents. Michael holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Illinois, a Masters in Taxation from DePaul University’s Graduate School of Business and a JD from DePaul University’s College of Law.
Marc Cohen

Marc is a Senior Vice President of MBH Enterprises. In this role, he works closely with MBH's subsidiaries to refine strategy and execute on key financial and operational initiatives. Marc also plays a key role in MBH’s capital transactions and is responsible for overseeing many MBH organizational processes. Prior to joining MBH, Marc was a Manager in the Business Advisory Group at Hein and Associates LLP, where he focused on complex business valuations and forensic accounting investigations. Marc has served on several non-profit boards and currently sits on the Budget and Finance Committee and the Board of Directors at Jewish Family Service and the Promotions Committee at the Kunsberg School. Marc holds a BA in Finance from the University of Puget Sound in Taccoma, Washington and an MBA from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business.
Ben Russell

Ben is a Vice President of MBH Enterprises. Working as part of the Investment team, Ben has primary responsibility for the due diligence related to MBH investment decisions, both for currently existing portfolio companies and new platform acquisitions, and participates as a team member or lead on all acquisition and disposition transactions. In addition, he is a part of the deal team for all debt and equity capital raising activity, and works to develop new sources of both debt and equity capital. Prior to joining MBH, Ben worked at Harris Williams Co. and George K. Baum & Co., where he assisted in buy- and sell-side acquisition activity as well as debt capital raises for clients in a variety of industries. Ben currently serves on the Board of Advisors for Waste Famers, a bio-resources company focused on building and operating regionally-scaled bio-refineries. Ben holds a BA in economics from Middlebury College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Scott is a Vice President of MBH Enterprises. He works closely with MBH's operating partners to refine strategy and to execute on key marketing, technology and product development initiatives. Scott also serves as President of Synergy Services, an MBH subsidiary. In this role, Scott has guided revenue growth of over 50% annually for four consecutive years. Prior to joining Synergy, Scott led product marketing and strategy for Exterprise Inc., an early stage software company in Austin, Texas. Prior to Exterprise, Scott had a ten-year career at AT&T, where he held various management positions in sales, marketing and product management. Scott has served on numerous non-profit boards, was nominated to the Governor's Commission for Information Technology and is a graduate of the Leadership Denver Program. Scott received his undergraduate education in Business from the University of Colorado in Boulder, and completed the Executive MBA Program at the University of Denver.
Abi Fadeyi

Abi is an Associate at MBH Enterprises. Abi assists MBH and its subsidiaries with financial modeling and analysis related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and private capital raises. Additionally, Abi assists the finance team in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports for MBH and its subsidiaries as well as investor-related communications. Prior to joining MBH, Abi worked as a Senior Analyst at Q Advisors—a boutique technology, media and telecom investment bank—where he advised companies on buy- and sell-side M&A transactions and private capital raises. Prior to Q Advisors, Abi worked as an Analyst of Structured Products for Deutsche Bank in New York. Abi received his BA in Economics from Princeton University.
